Erin's first experience with Goddess yoga instantly began to transform her relationship with herself, her body and her deepest desires.  Our body holds onto all emotion and this subconscious terrain could be unconsciously limiting your ability to feel free, abundant, fully expressed and open to love. When we begin to move through what is stored in our hips, when we begin to open our hearts, clear our throats & let ourselves be seen--we experience a powerful homecoming. Goddess is a feminine somatic healing practice.  Belly dancing meets trauma informed sensual movement meets feminine ritual and sisterhood! Come experience your body as a tool for safety & liberation.

Somatic Breathwork Journeys

During Breathwork immersions we practice a powerful somatic healing modality, called Flow Breathwork, used to access expanded states of consciouses while simultaneously unlocking repressed emotions and clearing stagnant energy from the mind, body and spirit. We combine ancient breathwork, movement, energy healing, the elements, and embodiment. It is truly such a potent form of somatic healing that allows you to work WITH both the masculine & feminine energies in the body. Come join this artfully curated space and allow your body to liberate you from the inside out into your fullest expression of self.

Erin will curate a somatic workshop specifically for your group, including sensual movement experiences, breath work journeys, and experiential coaching workshops. Her extensive experience is in the realm of women's liberation and leadership through emotional and energetic alchemy. She believes that safe spaces where women can open up, come undone, turn back on and step into their fullest expression- will change the world.
